Quick sketch for MINI's 50th birthday. I've put the motorcycle project on hold while I work on the Local Motors competition, but I'll get back to it in a few days here.
you have some perspective issues. and i'm having a hard time figuring out what the surfaces on the hood/front are doing. your section line shows the headlight surface angling up, but on the other side you see just as much of it. looks like the whole right corner of the front needs to be tucked back and forshortened a bit more. and the nose pushed out further.
are you doing the initial sketch in photoshop? if so, you might want to try doing a traditional sketch on paper and scanning it in... its pretty hard to do a good photoshop line sketch..
also besides the grill shape and the logo, it doesnt really read mini to me
